Position Description

Location: Springfield MA

NP/PA to help with Annual Wellness Visits ONLY.

• Start ASAP - Oct 1, potential to extend
• 40 hour weeks, schedule TBD
• No call
• 20-25 annual wellness visits only. No follow-ups, no physicals, no sick visits, etc.
• Adults only
• Outpatient
• Will be working autonomously, but the supervising physician will be present for them
• Will not accept new grads
• Will pay for travel
• EMR: Epic
