Responsibilities:

Conduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments

Manage medical history, diagnosis, treatment

Provide health education, referrals, and case management

Collaborate with medical personnel

Qualifications:

6+ months of NP experience

Master’s degree

Board certified by AANP, ANCC

Specializations in either Family Health or Adult Gerontology

Current BLS certification
